Adults:
General comments
* It is recommended to take DigesTIV 10 to 30 minutes before a meal with 1 to 2 glasses of water.
* It is recommended to take DigesTIV one hour before or after medicines or preparations.
* It is recommended to start to take DigesTIV gradually and to reach the recommended dosage within a number of days.
* For renal deficiency, consult with your doctor before starting treatment.

External treatment:

For aphthous ulcers, cankers, sores, acne, herpes, groin rash, dermatitis, diabetic ulcers: empty one capsule into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of hot water and mix well. Wait about 15 minutes and apply a number of times a day, as needed.
For receding gums and inflammation – rub into teeth and gums or use a toothbrush to brush teeth and gums thoroughly with the prepared mixture (above) and leave the mixture on until it is absorbed.
For throat infection: dissolve 1-2 capsules in two tablespoons of hot water and mix, wait ten minutes and gargle well a number of times before swallowing the mixture.
